He could have swimblader infection if he's laying on his side. Every time one of my male bettas builds a bubble nest, his stomach gets realy big and he does what your's does.

Well, my 55g started leaking. So, I took it apart and stripped the old silicone. Now I just need to reseal it. Even though I know what to do, it still stinks.

Yeah, I'm doing a fishless cycle. I just set up the tank so I rose the salt to 1.006 yesterday because figure eights need 1.005-1.008 and I didn't need to worry about killing off all the bacteria.

Ehh....Ik The F8's are brackish but some puffers eat the coral...Its ethier a hit or miss and you can try it out with some cheap coral frags on thatfishplace.com just look under coral..and if you ask one of the pro's. the will know I'm setting up a 55g tank for 4 F8's and am wondering if I can put ...
