Has anybody experienced breeding puffers from different regions?

Do you think they can/will breed? And if so, or if not, how long before do they usually breed? In other words, when do they reach their breeding maturity?

Pet store fish people keep telling me the same thing, to keep DPs in brakrish waters. I even mention this massive site to them... and all of them conclusively and strongly agree that DPs should be kept in brakrish waters. What's "WC"?

My other DPs had this too from time to time... mostly before they died! My tank water is all good 0/0 etc... It isn't the dark-belly spots/streek, it just gets dark around his mouth. I notice it more when she's tired I suppose. She's sleeping now and has it around her mouth. What is it?

If my tank already has 0 nitrite and 0 ammonia would it be even worth it to use the stuff?

It's just the lips, kind of as if he has a bruise... Perhaps it's food in his mouth? but it doesn't look like it.

My tank is healthy at the moment and the Biospira is on its way. It is taking forever and I do not need the Biospira anymore. What I need to know is how long will Biospira last in the fridge? forever? I'm hoping to wait a year or so before starting another tank and will use the Biospira for that.
