Re: Too Much Filtration?
No such thing as over filteration as an example on one of my 6x2x2 tanks i have
1x fluval fx5 canister
1x tetratec ex 1200 canister
1x eheim 2212 aquaball
1x aquael internal
i am a firm believer in over filteration.

Once you've got the filter media inside plus the general accumulated waste it will not be 1000GPH

Re: Too Much Filtration?
A lot of filters put up the turnover of the pump with it unloaded, they dont actually seem to do it with media inside. Although eheim seems tooIliveinazoo wrote:The more the merrier!!
