i was very worried, the stories of aggression had made me very wary of putting my lovely ceylon at risk...
so bought loads of new plants to stuff the tank with, split the decor into two distinct territories... and had the melafix on hand...
but all was well...
I don't pretend to humanise fish, but they 'appear' to really like each other... they hang out together, they follow each other round, they sleep in the same root...
it's very suprising... what's also surprising is that my ceylon has had a white belly since adding his new friend... even with the lights on....
It's been a few days and there are no ripped tails, both are eating well, white bellies all round and the new puff is in remarkably good condition, even a little fat. (his belly is full all the time, not just after eating....)
so here we are, i introduce... little puff....

and here are big puff and little puff hanging out....

Love em, i now have two little buzzing smiles watching me when i wake up each morning....
