Trace elements for my Fahakas
Trace elements for my Fahakas
well i come custom to using R/O water for my reef tanks and my FOWLR tank, and have been using it for my cichlids but use cichlid tarce for them, and i would like to use R/O water for my what i believe to be a 14" male and 12" female pair but not sure what to use for trace elemnt for them any info greatly apreciated Thanks Dan

well being what i think is a pair i would liek to give them the best water quality water i can give them, using r/o on my cichlid tank i have noticed the fish looking a lil healtier,not to say they werent before but just colors looked to pop a little more . so for the puffer i figured it would do the same and help with poss breeding like some do for rays

Where do you live?
Your water authority should be able to provide you with detailed chemical analysis of your water. It will likely be more than adequate for your fish, and probably better than you could do with RO water and reconstituted trace elements.
Despite what you may think, this IS an answer to your question, it's just not what you wanted to hear. If you don't like the answer, you're welcome to search for one elsewhere.
