They're usually priced around 200 $ but if they get some smaller ones in you can find em around 130 or so.

Re: Whats in Season?
I think they should be more expensive given their care requirements. The more expensive they are hopefully the less people will buy them. And hopefully those that do will be more informed of their needs.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Re: Whats in Season?
Well good news and bad news. Someone told me that the lfs that was ordering a Fahaka told me just acouple of hours ago that the manager told him to tell me that they where getting their shippment of puffers in tomorrow. From what was told to me, Fahaka, F8's, GSP's, and DP's where the ones they where getting in. Thats the good news. And now for the bad news, hoping they are not wanting a high price for the Fahaka (because of the Holidays and money is extremely short right now) and hope its a small one. I already have a $25.00 credit there but fingers crossed.

I tell everyone in my family to buy me gift cards for my LFS. Do you know how big it is?

Re: Whats in Season?
PP, well im not sure what size the Fahaka is yet but the guy that ordered it for me told me that it will be $50.00 and I already have a $25.00 in store credit. So that will cover it half off.lol. The shipment should arrive sometime today but has not has not got there yet. They told me they will be open on Christmas eve and Christmas day. So if I get time tomorrow after Christmas Eve get together, might head over there if their shipment arrives. Geeeezzz, Its about like waiting for your fish to arrive through Fed Ex or UPS. Done that over night shipment before and hate the wait
.
HGI, thanks
. I sure need lots of it.
HGI, thanks

Re: Whats in Season?
HAHAHAHA!! Yeah I believe he said its bigger then 2"....lol. He did not give me a size, I guess because he dont know his self yet. Btw, the shipment never showed up. Well did not show up while the store was still open. Maybe after hours. I sure hope it will be there tomorrow sence they are going to be open tomorrow. It better be, im tired of the run around.

Re: Whats in Season?
Just saw a nice looking mbu in a petstore in Madison.
Its an adoption, but it looks healthy, bright colors, nice fins, clear eyes, and is very active.
Price isnt too unreasonable...I think it was under $200 and falling most likely because no one is buying it, and they are probably getting sick of feeding it.
