na not eating is the worst way to lose weight, its better to eat 5 smaller meals through out the day.

Yeah, not eating isn't good. I've done this before and got ulcers. Those hurt. I have to make sure I eat more.

Yeah, I know. The best way to lose weight for me is low carb. Which I'm getting back into, because I like it. I've gained 15 lbs in the past 2 months, so something's not right.
