that is a foreign concept to me. I have never forgotten to eat, ive been to busy to eat, but never forgotten

My Puffers: 1 GSP (Microfiche) RIP, 1 Monotrete Turgidus (Leon) in a 30gal. 1 Monotrete suvattii in a 40 gal FW. 120 gallon BW with 3 juvenile Dragon Gobies (so cool). 55 gal with a 2" GSP named Hank. 180 gallon being set up for a Fahaka in the next few months!

"Darwin swings...annnnnnd a miss. Boy Jim, Chuck's suffered at the plate tonight. He's 0 for 3 and I'm not sure he's recovered from that shoulder pull a few weeks ago. I'll bet the front office is re-thinking that contract."

na not eating is the worst way to lose weight, its better to eat 5 smaller meals through out the day.

Yeah, not eating isn't good. I've done this before and got ulcers. Those hurt. I have to make sure I eat more.

PS: Not eating doesn't help me lose weight anyways :lol: I wish it did as I need to lose some weight too. I'm not fat but I'm fatter than I'd like... It doesn't help that my family keeps telling me I'm fat too :?

Yeah, I know. The best way to lose weight for me is low carb. Which I'm getting back into, because I like it. I've gained 15 lbs in the past 2 months, so something's not right. :(
And I already have ulcers, so an empty stomach is :flame:
