hmm, I think it's much easier to overstock than that, IMHO.

Well ok, my similie wasn't as good as I thought, how bout a can of sardines?

<4 gal> 2 Sparkling Gouramis & 3 ottos heavily planted

lol..no I meant that tanks are overstocked long before they're at 'petco' levels...sardines...similies...I need a drink.. :3*:

Thank you for all of your feedbacks! Overstocking certainly is a BAD BAD thing, I definitely don't want that. I have decided not to house my new (yet to be named) Ceylon with my 2 GSPs. Not only because I don't wanna overstock but also because I know what meanie monsters my 2 GSPs can be. This new Ceylon though, I swear swims around with a glowing lil halo over her head. Never seen a more mild tempered puff in my life....lol


For now, I am keeping her in the 10G freshwater tank, while I set up and cycle the 30G tank which will be light brackish, since my Ceylon is still so young. I am thinking maybe 1.002 - 1.004 SG. The 30G will be her semi-permanent home once it is done cycling. When she gets bigger, I will move her to a bigger home.
