Yup, those are the FW/SW vits I use. Don't forget the Ebates rebates for DFS! I also have a $5 coupon code if anyone's interested in ordering.

I don't think she got it from what I was feeding her. I think when I got her she already had it. I've treated her twice and thought that would be good. I had no idea what she had would keep coming back. I have never fed her any live food and I always freeze everything before feeding. Cheech and Chong had Ip's when I first got them. I treated them once and they never came back. It's just one of those things.

Ah I'm so jealous, someday I will own a Fahaka and it will have its very own 180+ tank.

Such cuties :)

I've used Zoe for freshwater vitamins and none of my fish liked the flavor, so maybe don't use that one ;)

What type of sand do you use in your nile puffers tank? I have an 8 inch nile named Pookie and we have a mixed rock bed in his tank but want to add some sand sometime soon just wanted to be sure what type to use.

the sand i have in Ra's tank is called Green Lightening and it's blasting sand....sort of on the same order as pool filter sand....but it's got a really light green coloring to it.....i fell in love with it's color......but Ra seems to like it.....and it's not so fine that it stirs up to my intake line.....

Humm...See I've been looking for the pool filter sand. But seems that winter in Kentucky is a bad time to get it (most of the pool supply stores shut down in winter and lowes doen't have it either) So where might I find this green lightening?? I just want to make sure I get something that isn't harmful to him, Pooksters is my babies.

i found mine at a sandblasting company. here in Houston. it's used in alot of tanks by alot of friends of mine so i knew it was safe for my little friend...
i did wash it before i put it in the tank.....and i cycled the tank for over a month as well with a magnum 350 polishing tube in it....and a 250 powerhead with a prefilter....
