Better fish is not eating much and not as lively as usual.

All food is removed daily.

Same size, no aggression. There are some real plants in the tank, I'm presuming that this will cause no ill effects?

Nitrate is now ~10/15

Puffer that is ill ive had for only a week. Was eating great until yesterday. Salinity was tested in LFS and was exactly the same as my tank. Water that added is always same temp and salinity with no nitrates. Could the level of nitrates be causing this. I'll test them now.

No meds. Just check them and looks like the poorly one is gulping at the surface. I'll do a water change now.

Last food they ate was live bloodworm which they love.

I have 2 small F8 puffers in a 60 litre brackish tank. Water is 0.005, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are fine.
