Re: Bubbles vs crayfish (warning to those crayfish lovers)
Yeah the tank is a 120g. I like the rummy nose because of their schooling. I tried whit clouds but he picked them off one by one. When the rummy nose feel threatened they school and Bubbles doesn't go after them when they are in a group.

Re: Fahakas Diet
My Fahaka Bubbles eats frozen prawns, mussels, squid, octopus, clams as well as live marbled crays and snails. Recently I have found that he enjoys prawn tails the most. This is great for me I like the body not the tail

Paddy looks to have grown quite a lot since I came and bought Bubbles from you. Nice work.

Re: Toys?
You could tie a ball that floats to a weight that would leave the ball suspended at the height you choose. Then you could place it in front of the filter exhaust and it should move around maybe enticing your puffer to play with it.

Puffer eating sand
I had been a little concerned about my 4" Fahaka because his belly always looks full. After observing him for a few weeks I have noticed that he is eating sand and passing it through his system; only to eat more sand (pool filter sand). I was wondering if anyone else has observed this behavior ...

I like the way you make vicious work for his meal. Handsome little puffer.

Re: black spots on stomach
My Fahaka sometimes gets these spots after he has been buried in the substrate.
