i dropped 2 apple snails in a few days ago and he wasn't interested even when they was on top of him. now when i woke the next morning they was in there shell hiding (so i thought) actually on further inspection he had bitten their flesh off and left them upside down all over the sand (still alive b...

yep after reading some more iv also noticed that the snails i put in are a little bigger then your thumb nail which are too big for a suvatti anyway.

yea dwarfs are crazy i had 12 once in a rio 300 and the little blinders wouldn't even let me clean the tank lool you will enjoy them

ok i need some help my tank is getting very dirty with algae. i neeed a plec or some snails if i can do you think id get away with anything in there with him im not so boatherd about him killing snails but i dont want him killing a plec

as far as i know the topaz needs to be adapted to brakish and then full marine later on in life...after reading the aqualog book on puffers i see it does survive in freshwater when young but will need brakish m8.

yea he doesnt really do it for long maybe for 20mins at most but its good to see him finally getting used to the tank and not pacing the glass.
