Yes I have a master test kit and all is well, I am hoping they are just stuffed, they all have rounded bellies, I am hoping the missing 2 are hiding out.

Dwarf puffers - should i be concerned
HI everyone, I recently got 5 dearf puffers, 2 immediately disappeared, I still can't find them. Intially they cleaned up the snails in the tank within a week. I think I have 3 or 4 now and I fed them blood worms which intially they ate. The past 2 days I have noticed they are no longer eating the b...

Thanks I will try it, I have noticed that one has already establish his territory, I imagine when I add more I should add more plants and rearrange things so it is new to everyone and they can find new territories

The water parameters are fine,I have been fish keeping for over 20 years, I tested and everything indicates the tank is fully cycled, I still only see 3 when I am feeding, do males tend to hide more? Thanks they are dwarf puffers, I let things settle and fed them and still didn't see them. They are the 2 skinny ones I thought were males, maybe they were just sick and died and somehow are stuck somewhere, I will keep an eye out. Hopefully they are just hiding

Hi everyone, I just cleaned my puffer tank and had to rearrange some plants in the 50 gallon and I can only find 3. Thanks, I had it set up for some tropical fish but transfered them to a 125 gallon. They ate their blood worms at least some, how often should i feed them, I was thinking twice a day but they have snails so maybe once a day. I saw them picking on snails and also at the plants and wood, They are swimming around more. The are dwarf puffers right? They were labled as pea puffers, One ...

I just picked up 5 for my cycled 50 gallon tank, I caught 2 of them biting a snail. I found some pea puffers at a lfs. I am pretty sure they are dwarf puffers. My tank is 50 gallons, cycled and planted. Can I get around 6 for the tank?
