I love my Fahaka and all puffers but what i would like to know is there a puffer that would survive or not eat a garfish at present 8 inches and a red shark X at about 5 inches and a few lima's

As you in the know will know these get big so anything?

breed my apple snails together whilst they are in my tang cichlid shell dweller tank. (only shell dwellers in there).

100 gallon tank. He is starting to eat a little prawn but not much. He seems to hate muscle?

It surely would work out cheaper after all i have cichlids and i have my own for that but far to much veggie in it for puff man!

I have only just got him so he is only about 3 inches long. I have had one before so i am not panicing too much but he stuffed himself full of prawns from day 1

My new fahaka arrived 3 days ago, he immediately munched on a prawn but second day was not interested. so he had nothing that day, then i tried a muscle and there was no reaction. the water parameters are the same so why is he on a hunger strike?

I think i read somewhwre that they can be sexed quite easily. Is it possible to breed them? Has anyone done it?
