Are there any snails that would survive in a low brackish tank with a figure 8 puffer?

I had a huge colony of Ramshorns in my previous F8's tank. I slowly acclimated a few in a pot before adding them to the tank and then they bred like mad.Unfortunately My new babies decided to eat them all the day I got them so I had to take them out before they munched themselves to death!! They did do very well in my low end (approx 1.004) tank though and I had heard other members say the same. I now have snails in 2 buckets in my kitchen, one in brackish water for the F8's and one in freshwater for the other puffers

You can search the forum. I posted a long time ago about my experience with Olive Nerite snails. I've had 5 with my juvenile F8s for nearly 8 months and they seem to be doing fine. Please note that the F8s still attempt to eat the Olive Nerites. They may succeed someday. I don't know if the snails will be able to hold out against adult F8s.Boxermom wrote:Nerites possibly.
