Puffer for Sale on Craigs List in Chicago

I responded to an ad for a Puffer for Sale asking what kind of puffer it is:

The response is "it is solid lite green. good eater, blackworms, frozen brine, some flake, smashed snails...", so obviously he has no idea. He can't send a picture.

Anyone know a fresh water solid lite green puffer?

Avocado Puffers are solid light green and freshwater only.
