Does anyone know where I can find three red eye red tail puffers(c. irrubesco) for sale?

That's a pretty rare species--hit or miss. Have you called every shop around, especially the small mom & pop shops? You could try Aquabid but be sure you are getting the exact fish in the photo.

Yes, I tried calling both my local fish store and the closest exotic fish hobbyist store. My lfs had nothing, and the hobbyist store said that they would have some borneo red eye(but not red tail red eye) puffers in next month, but I want something sooner. Also, the borneo puffers are going for $110, and my parents said that they won't buy me any more fish over $100 for a while. I checked Aquabid, but nothing turned up for red eye puffers. Does anyone have another suggestion? If not, what other puffers could I keep in a 50 gallon with roselines, a pleco, and amazon puffers?

Oh no, you can't keep these with other puffers, they'd kill them for sure! I already suggested not keeping the Amazons in that tank, either.
