What kind of puffer is this?

I saw it in a pet store. It's very large, about a foot long and has small flat spines all along it's body (laid back like hairs but I assume they stand up when the fish is scared). I tried to get a body shot but the fish kept following me around the tank like a puppy.

Diodon hystrix, can get over 2 feet long.
Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. Give a fish a man, and he'll eat for weeks.

If anyone wants to see him he lives in House of Tropicals in Glen Bernie MD. Wish he had a better/bigger and more interesting tank though.
