Ok so I'm putting together a 90 gallon tank.
filtration wet/dry sump with bio balls and sponge filter
protein skimmer in sump
corallife turbo twist 9w sterlizier in sump
H.O.B emperor 400 bio wheel filter
I really want a puffer like the dog face.
however what other fish if any would be fine to add with the guy in this size tank?
If i get permission from ya'll the experts on puffers to buy a dog face I will probally buy the biggest healthiest one i see at a lfs.
the tank will have about a 2-3 inch sand bed, 90 pounds of live rock and a black painted backround ohhh and some dead corals attached to the rocks painted with safe aquarium paint for color.

I like to start my fish small & grow them up right. IMO, the 90g would be the bare minimum for a DF. I do not like bioballs or FW filtration (H.O.B emperor 400 bio wheel filter) for SW--they are nitrate factories. You'd be better off making a refugium, with rubble & macroalgae, using 1 1/2-2lbs LR with good flow around it & a big protein skimmer in a sump.
