http://www.animal-world (dot) com ... are they famous or something? Anyone use them as a resource? I kind of find the site a little confusing, but it seems to be on the up and up.

The site is a bit incomplete as it limited on the fish that are listed. Then I went to the GSP description: "This puffer fish is a freshwater to brackish species and adding aquarium salt is suggested. But like many of the brackish species, the Spotted Green Puffer can be acclimated to hard, alkaline fresh water or it can be acclimated to a saltwater environment." "...as they will usually eat a variety of flake, frozen, and live foods including shrimp, ghost shrimp (gut-loaded), bloodworms, freeze-dried krill, crabs, brine shrimp, and snails." "Flake" is the first food they list?

Then I scrolled down and realized that they sell fish...Well that figures...Just like Walmart. To sell a fish doesn't mean you have to be knowledgeably in the upkeep of that fish, and this seems to pretty much seems to be the standard in our hobby.

Similar to Marine Depot (but they have a team of pros there), I didn't know that they sold fish. Obviously they are not giving out the correct info. :/

That is where you download all the backlinks, keywords and traffic and see what they are doing behind the scenes. Basically you learn everything you need to learn about the site and how it promotes itself, how much cash flow there is etc...

it is not hacking, and not illegal, but it is releasing confidential information. Since they are using google adsence for advertising, obtaining what they rank highly for is a snap.

They are a page rank 5, a very respectable placement, probably due to all their various articles. Just as an example, your site TFP and My site IP both rank equally in google at a page rank of 3. Wetwebmedia is a 4. The white house is a 10.

What's the point of snipering them? I don't see what's to be gained from knowing how much money they make or how they advertise. :/
