I have a mess on my hands right now, ever since adding salt to treat the ICK, I have salt stains everywhere from the HOB filter! Even though the tank has a full lid, as well as keeping the water higher.
So, I would like to push the filtration method to LR, skimmer and such sooner than later. Can I do this while still in the brackish stage? Or will there be issues with the LR?

LR will not survive <1.018. Clean up the salt spray & be patient.
