Re: AIPTASIA!!! HELP!!
I haven't treated mine as of yet, but I was told superglue gel does wonders.

In the UK people use Aiptasia - X (treatment), or you can inject the aip anemones with lemon juice or get an aiptasia eating filefish -

Re: AIPTASIA!!! HELP!!
I had one of those filefish for about a year. One of my favorite fish. I was catching him out of my DT to transfer over to another aptasia-filled tank. he jumped when I was trying to catch him & landed far behind the tank, in a pile of salt. By the time I could get him out, he was dead.

Way in the back of the large tank, by the wall. That's why it took so long to get the fish out.

Re: AIPTASIA!!! HELP!!
One of the only downfalls to a cabinet style stand instead of metal. If I had a fish jump out and behind he's still in the open and i can quickly grad em, well I have a metal stand until I get a larger tank (hopefully this weekend!

Re: AIPTASIA!!! HELP!!
I just caught my big, healthy Copperband butterfly & moved him the the aptasia-ridden tank. Let's see how he likes them!

If something jumps behind one of my cabinets, it's gone, we can barely move it without a couple tanks on it. Steal case credenza.
I'm blocking the crack/space between the back and wall tomorrow.
