Powerhead necessity?

Powerhead necessity?
Well, I cannot fit my powerhead on my outlet thing, it has an extra extender for 3 outlets and another one=4 outlets... Filter,bubbler,Heater,light... I am trying to get a new adapter... But is having a powerhead on my tank necessary?
Noobs, it takes one to know one.

Powerhead would be helpful for fish that need hi flow or hi water movement for example SAP's. Congo puffer would not need a powerhead at all.
