Those are awesome. They do go by another common name "zebra puffer". I see them all the time on aquabid.com.

They have never been common locally, but they are intriguing fish which I have never yet kept.

Also being a Carinotetraodon species and small fish, we may stand a decent chance of breeding them in reasonably sized tanks.
