i have a trigon 350 litre tank,

i am doing a fowlr, its running, deltec 600 hob, ehimen external with floss and phosphate remover, uv sterilizer,2 powerheads, with cured rock in it, coral sand, im ready to rock,

can i keep a pp in here all his life or will he need bigger and if so how long he is 3" in the lfs atm,
what can i keep with him? do pp and picasso triggers get along or a dogface in with him?

oh also my lfs said to have red led not blue for night viewing as they cant see red and will see better more natural activity than blue leds?

That's ~92.5 gallons & it's a bit tight for a single adult PP. If it's got a long footprint & you add a sump for dilution of waste, you might be able to keep a single PP in there but definitely nothing else.

i am planning to sump this, but wont be for 6 months, have broke the bank, with the tank and the kit, it came with high lite lights t5s. but no leds as yet, do you no about teh red -blue? does it make a real diff? could a pp live with a same sized dogface or picasso or radiata lion if tank was big enough? or has anyone done this? just been on youtube and seen snowflakes and triggers chomping on puffers but then others saying they get along fine? any experiance of mixing these fish?

Certainly not in this tank. If I were you, I'd get the tank drilled for an overflow if you're planning on a sump. I would not keep this puffer with other large, aggressive fish, nor any fish that could sting it. You have no room for ANY tank mates in that tank.

ok cheers, good thinking i will look in to getting it drilled ready for a sump, before adding pp, if not a pp could a dog face live with any of the others in this tank as he is smaller?

I still think in that sized tank, you should make your puffer the main attraction & keep the tank mates to smaller, less bioload-producing species

I have a Burrfish and immaculate puffer in a venezia 350 and it's too small for them, i had to add a sump with an oversized skimmer and do a 50L waterchange every 4-5 days to keep the water good for them. I am just about to order a 7x2x2 to keep them in now. They are VERY messy fish!

I would not combine puffers in the same tank.
