Would it be OK to have a Spiny Box puffer and a Dog face Puffer in the same tank.

How big is the tank?

Right now it is a 72 gallon bow front each puffer is about 3 inches. Going to get bigger tank later.

if you bought a 180 or bigger yes, but both in that 72 for more than a year is bad news. generally they will hav a turf war, and fight it out, or just get so big they crash the tank filtration and die or get very ill.
