Was sold as an "oscellated puffer".. also told that it is an "emerald puffer"

I have two actually. One is maybe 1.5 inch and the other is 1 inch .. they're so cute!!

Yeah.. we have 4 tanks with puffers 2 betta tanks and 2 breeder tanks at the moment 
I'm not sure what they are.. they haven't swam very much so I haven't seen their tails fan out.. seems to be the only way I can tell the difference! So I thought I'd get some other opinions
