new arrowhead puffer

hey guys, I found this site after buying an arrowhead puffer off the internet. I have been reading different topics for the last two weeks and haven't found a thorough discussion on setting up or keeping of this puffer.
heres my setup.

29g tank
1x arrowhead puffer 2.5"
3x plants
2.5" black sand
1x half pot for a cave
Ix plastic rock cave
1x 400gph filter
air pump
heater
1X 20w floressent black light

I got this puffer the 31'st of march, i slowly introduced him to his new tank. later that night i dropped a feeder fish that i had quarantined weeks before. next thing i know it was gone. so i drop a small guppy in, same thing. some people say that their puffer takes awhile to get acquainted with you but mine ate the first night, and always swims up to the glass when i come up to it. Originally i had a daylight bulb in the tank but he seemed to hide all the time so i installed the black light in his tank, and even tho its harder to see him he seems happier with the dim lit tank. the other day i found an earthworm and washed it off and dropped it in his tan. He ate it instantly, but afterword I couldn't find much info on if worms are suitable for the arrowhead to eat. Any advise would be helpful because im new to puffers, but not new to responsibility.

Worms are fine for puffers- though be careful about ones you find outside as they may have pesticides or who knows what on them. It's better to buy them from a bait store. Things like snails, clams, crabs, crayfish are also really good be sure to give him a variety with lots of crunchy foods to keep his teeth worn down.

Although they may eat fish in the wild, I highly suggest getting him onto dead foods:
