I posted some pics in this topic of WILD puffers puffed up. Someone also posted a video of a freshly caught one puffed up that was being played with a local kid (trying to put a stick in its mouth.... Fahaka puffer puffed up after being caught on rod and reel. The angler released it though after the photo (not like he has training to turn the puffer into a sushi dish)
