How common, or uncommon is Tetraodon Sabahensis, Giant Spotted Puffer in North America (Vancouver)?
I wouldn't mind getting one; it seems like a much better choice over a fahaka or muba

About 1 in a billion chance of finding one FS anywhere in the world. Haven't been available in the aquarium trade for >20 years.

Thats more promising. I know where there is a tank full of GSPs, sadly enough at the LFS.
But it would be fairly obvious, so I am SOL for now ...

Re: Tetraodon Sabahensis - Giant Spotted Puffer
There is a member on here, a lady, that has 2 Sabahensis, and she said she got them amongst some GSP's that she bought. I thought maybe she was mistaken until she posted photos and sure enough, sure looks like Sabahensis. I know she's in America, or N. America, not sure what part. You might do a search and see if you can find her that way.
