i am wondering why isnt my puffer fish eatting i got him for about 1 days ago and when i first got him he was kind of in a bad shape
hes color isnt Solid green, its like greyed out green only a spot on his head is green but his Belly is pure white and he doesnt seem to be internested in me or the food i am giving him and his eye is also cloudy kind of cant really tell cause i dont wanna hurt him by touching him
he is about 1inch big

While you wait for assistance:
One of the easiest and best ways to help your fish feel better is clean water! If you are already on a regular water change schedule (50% weekly is recommended) a good step to making your fish more comfortable while waiting for diagnosis/suggestions is to do a large water change immediately. Feel free to repeat daily or as often as you can, clean water is always a good thing! Use of Amquel or Prime as a dechlor may help with any ammonia or nitrite issues, and is highly recommended.
Note - if you do not normally do large water changes, doing a sudden, large water change could shock your fish by suddenly changing their established water chemistry. Clean water is still your first goal, so in this case, do several smaller (10%) water changes over the next day or two before starting any large ones.

If its anything copper take it out as puffers are very sensitive to it. Is his stomach sucked in to? Also GSPs aren't fish eaters so i would stop with the guppies.

Bumping a thread here is ok but it's pretty late in this part of the world. It always helps to post where your're from in your profile.
Ammonia & nitrite look good but it's always good to know your nitrate level too. What test kit are you using? When you added the Biowheel, did you remove the existing filter? Is there any salt in the tank? What kind? Be sure to read the GSP article & feeding articles in our Library.
I don't see where he posted about metal.

i let it tested in my LFS after i got the puffer i am pretty sure hes blinded.
i got a biowheel for a month or so or less
the salt im not sure i only puted like 5 teaspoon of salt
but the bag has a 21 sign in it and it comes in those fish bags lfs puts ur fish in
i mean table spoon

What kind of salt? I'm assuming marine salt since you stated your sg at 1.001. Did you rince all the decor of contaminants? Do any of the other fish look sick and is just one eye cloudy?

but when i try to touch it or put food in his face he doesnt do anything
i even try to provoke it a little but he only runs around and then doesnt do nothing
my glass cat doesnt look sick but im pretty sure it was sick also when i got it but its doing better now
in another tank.
but the other fish looks good tomorrow ill go buy some more blood worms if that doesnt work what do u guys think i should do

There is no reason to touch the puffer so your okay there. Have your tried brine shrimp? All fish go crazy for it. That might get him eating.
Does his eye look cloudy from the inside? Is there a film over it or is it fuzzy? Again knowing your nitrate levels would help because when nitrates get to high a fish will often loose its appetite.
What was the condition of the tank he was in at the LFS?

Side has a little grey
Green spot on top not full soild green its like dark grey green with a spot on green on his head
Right now hes laying down in the sand
Edit:hes eye looks a little cloudly well its not really noticeable but it has a spot of cloud
EDit: i also heard the puffer needs to get use to the new environments his in before he can eat is this truth

Knowing your nitrate levels would help because when nitrates get to high a fish will often loose its appetite. Was he in a crowded tank at the LFS?

more or less then 14 puffers and 1 clown loach in a 20 gallon tank
my nitrates should be at Zero if my bio-wheel is working well
i also would like to tell u guys i only keep 2 or 3 fish in my tank
