new to pufferfish

how's it going everyone. i posted in the meet and great forum and this will probably be pretty similar questions to what i asked in there, but i like to spread myself out and get as much info as possible i used to have a 55g reef tank that i recently had to get rid of since i had to move. i'm now in the position to start a 90 fish only tank. i might add some live rock maybe between 35-60 lbs just to help a little with filtration. i have an aqua c remora pro skimmer i think this should be enough if not please let me know. what kind of lighting am i going to need on this kind of tank. i used to have 216w lights but that would be too much correct. would a shallow sand bed be good like a 100lbs or so or should i just go bare bottom. i'm looking for this thing to be easy to move when i get a house in a year or two so it won't have a sump or fuge at this time. i was leaning towards a dog face puffer, a hawkfish, and possible a smaller tang. do people think this would work or no. the tang isn't neccassary just thought it would eat any algea that turned up. i was also of thinking of just buying like 30-50 hermits a month and dropping them in there to clean the rock and be an occasional snack for the fish. would they clean them out really fast or just pick at them as the wanted. any advice would be greatly appreciated. it seems like these fish are some of the coolest ones to have in an aquarium and i'm excited to have one.
