Silver Shark Catfish

Scientific name: Hexanematichthys seemanni. Guess who found out quite by accident that these guys have venomous dorsal spines! My index finger is swollen up to twice its normal size after getting stung yesterday by - get this - a dead one. (Yes, I am so very lucky.)

Wow I totally forgot their dorsal spines are venomous.
I'm really surprised I haven't been hit yet.
