Re: ARROWHEAD DIET
Arrowheads, if indeed Tetradeon suvatti, are piscivores.
at 4 inches, their about 2 inches from full grown, so not sure if their hard stuck on fish (especially if it's been recently caught).
They won't eat snails, might eat crays, but definitely will eat fish.
breed some guppies or convicts. Definitely won't take dry food, or atleast none that i have heard of.

Re: ARROWHEAD DIET
Mine ate the same stuff my murius eats: crays, crabs, sharimp, mussels & nightcrawlers. Fish might be ok for them in nature but I'd still stick to the regular puffer diet we recommend in our Library. That's a fantastic price, BTW. Excellent artricle on them in the library too.

Re: ARROWHEAD DIET
$9!!!!!
That's a smokin' deal! T. suvatti are a fun fish, I fed mine everything I could find from the water. The best place to shop for fish food is your local Asian market. Anything with a shell is great and if you want to feed them fish stay away from feeders due to all the nasties they pick up at the LFS. You can find small frozen fish along side the rest of the great sea food at the Asian market, or you can always pick up the silver sides that some of the fish food makers put out.
If you can get a hold of live crustaceans it's fun to watch them hunt!

Re: ARROWHEAD DIET
Thx chaos but i didnt buy it due to lack of space. They got 2 arrowhead there. One is darker then the other. The darker one seems a bit agressive towards the lighter color one. Im thinking they can be a pair one female and male. I know we cant sex them by the colouration but just gt a gut feeling and watching their behavior for 5 mins.
