Hi,
I have 2 F8's and I was given some Seachem Vitality which is a vitamin and Amino Acid supplement for marine fish.
I was also given some dried fish eggs and fly larvae. I was wondering if it would be good to soak the freeze dried larvae in the vitality and feed it to them...I know the freeze dried stuff isnt good because of the air but if it is soaked will it be ok? Also I have never used the Vitality so I dont know if it would be good for them or not.
Thanks!

Use one one day & then the other the next day, switching off. Then they get the benefit of both.
