I have no idea what it is. Checked pufferpedia, fishbase and a puffer species list I own. Could this be the elusive Javichthys kailolae?

Puffer ID?
I found this picture on a blog, http://tidechaser.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html and I don't know what it is. According to the blog, it was caught at Pulau Ubin, Chek Jawa, Singapore in marine water.
I have no idea what it is. Checked pufferpedia, fishbase and a puffer species list I own. Could this be the elusive Javichthys kailolae?

Update: I found another picture of what seems to be the same species on the same website:
Ithink you are right in saying it is Arothron immaculatus:
