Figure 8 puffer and peacock eel
I was wondering if A figure 8 puffer would survive in a tank with a peacock eel (small, only 6 inches) or if one or the other would be killed. Right now I only have a 20g put in 1-2 months im upgrading to a 35g.

Pufferfish are usually best when left alone in tanks. You can do tank mates but there is always a chance for aggression and then one of the fishes will need to be moved. Also puffers like to "taste" things and will not hesitate to nip on your eel. If you do want to try it, make an eel tube under your substrate so he will have somewhere to retreat to when in danger.

Ok that sounds great, and when I get my new tank I was planning to run both, so if worst comes to worst I can just keep them in the seperate tanks.
