I found this site for making avatars, usually I just make mine in photoshop but its always difficult to make them small and still look good. This size does a very nice job of it, you just have to put in the correct dimensions which for this forum is 120 pixels
The one thing I did have to do was crop my picture before hand so that when they did the auto crop it didn't take out half my fish, it took some playing around with to get it right.
