Years ago I had one but unfortunately I didn't know much about puffers in generality so it died, I still feel sorry for him.
At the moment I have 3 tanks:
45 gal: with Owia the T miurus
30 gal: brackish planted with Tarzan & Jane the F8's
and a 30 gal community tank.
I'm planning on making the community tank also a puffer tank, for the Cochinchinensis.
I find it quite difficult to find information about the fangs. Only some basic information on the pufferpedia. Does anyone know if it’s possible to keep more than one in a heavily planted tank. I read some where that it is possible to keep them in groups and even breed them.
First of all I have to find them. When I started with puffers again this was the type I was looking for but couldn’t find it. So in the meantime the biocellatus and miurus has stolen my heart, but still I can’t get the fang out of my head. For now the community tank is also a nice watch, but I prefer a puffer tank
