GSP's W/Marine Puffer?

I am going to try this again. I thought I posted it but it's not here.
I am looking to add a Marine puffer with my 2 GSP's the tank is 6' long and 125 gallons.
I did a little research on
Porcupine puffer (may get too large for tank)
Spiny Box Puffer (according to another post: way too risky for GSP's and itself)
Dogface Puffer (may get too large for tank)
Saddle Puffer (would this one be ok with GSP's?) or what would you reccomend?
I am planning to get one in the next two months. First I will be getting a protein skimmer(Coralife Super Skimmer Needle Wheel 220) and Eheim 2227 ( I am already running 1-Eheim 2227 & 2 Whisper 60 HOB on my tank)

I want to add the protein skimmer and Eheim then wait about 6 weeks before adding the puffer.
Do I need to test for anything other than: Ammonia(0), Nitrate(5), Nitrite(0) or PH(8.2-8.4)?
One more question if I purchase live rock should I quarentine it first. (no fish in tanks with live rock)

Do you have any Marine puffers with your GSP and if so what kind?

Unless you get the rock from an established tank, I would do a FW dip on it (or very salty dip) & QT it for curing. You don't want to use an Eheim on a SW tank, unless you plan on using it for chemical filtration.

GSPs are pretty mean puffers--I'm not sure a sweet Valentini toby could handle one. What about a Ceylon?

I have a Hawaiian White Spotted Puffer with my GSP in full marine. They get along great, not even bothering each other.

Not this kind of White-Spot, You may be thinking of the stars and stripes puffer. I have one that is about 6 inches long and growing!!

ya, prolly. Are there actually any of the those huge puffers in captivity? maybe at an Aquarium or something?

You may be thinking of another type of huge puffer. The blue spotted puffer or Arothron caerulopunctatus can get up to 48inches long. A stars and stripes only 19.

Yes ma'am. He is docile compared to the other GSP's I have. Then again, weird things happen at my house. He never ate the clownfish and I have the toby that has not taken one nip at any coral.
