target puffers!
I was at a fish store that my friend owns and he just recieved a batch of target puffers. I tried to look for them up in the puffer library but I cant seem to find any info on them. Does anyone know anything about them? how big they are going to grow? what tank size to they need? are they fresh water or brackish water puffers? any info will be helpful. They have a bright blueish spot on the side of them. thanks.

Re: target puffers!
Target puffers is a group of puffers. They've got that name, because of the round/eyeshaped dot on each side of the fish, like a target. Check out the freswater puffers in the pufferpedia, that starts the name with monotrete. They all contain the target group.

Re: target puffers!
Considering this puffer is very rarely seen in the trade, I'd think it would be quite expensive. I also think your ID might be off, as the targets are somtimes very difficult to distinguish between each other.
