resting fins???

resting fins???
I have a f8 and I have noticed a couple of times over the last month that every once in a while, one of his pectoral fins seems to have disappeared. Upon closer closer examination I find that his fin is there, it's just glued to his side! After a little while more, i notice that it's active again and fluttering like normal. Is this normal? Does a F8 rest one fin at a time like a flamingo stands on one leg?

Can be quite normal for a puffer to rest one fin and then alternate resting the other one. Worthwhile checking water parameters though just to make sure nothing is off.
