Yes, there are different methods but as you can see, the method described in our Library, is the most efficient!

Yes, it is, but unfortunately, I have no good source of media/gravel/whatever from a healthy tank at 1.014SG.
80 gal brackish-3 Green spotted puffers
20 gal planted freshwater- dwarf puffers, south american puffer, ghost shrimps
10 gal planted freshwater-female crowntail bettas, L-187b Thomasi pleco, trilineatus cories
10 gal freshwater divided-crowntail betta, male and female halfmoon dragon bettas
5 gal freshwater-red cherry shrimps

Is there any "BW feeders" that you can use to cycle a BW tank? Maybe just throw some fish food and let it decay 
?

fishless cycle is the best and quickest.
