My new puffer. *pics*

I found this little guy at my LFS labeled as an Arrowhead puffer. Obviously it isn't a Suvati. My best guess is that it is a T. Cochinchinensis. I knew it was a target puffer when I bought it. It is currently residing in a heated 20L. Bare bottom for now, until I get sand on Friday. This will eventually be outfitted with a twin tube light strip, and planted.

He already ate two pond snails.

What have some of you guys paid for your Tetraodon cochinchinensis?

Looks like an abei. The snout is a little long for a cochinchinensis.

I thought Abei too but I'm sure we will geta real dabete going as ID-ing the target puffers is a bit of mine field Lovely pickup though but I woud suggest a bigger tank than 20Litres if thats what you meant, it should be nearer 100Litres or 25G (US) I hope you can cylce the tank too and is your GSP in freshwater?

it is spelled a-be-i, like it is written. it is named after the japanese biologist mr.abe, so is only a latinized genitive of the name abe:abei
