Gritting teeth

Post by SRC »

Is it normal for a puffer to grit it's teeth?

I left for 5 days and came back and my puffer has started to do this. Wasn't doing it before. I can hear it from 5ft away (hes on my back desk).

He can eat fine (BW and snails)..

Anyone?

So, do ya think it's like some people who do it? But people usually do it in their sleep .. and the puf isn't asleep.

I just found it very odd. He's not doing it now. Weirdo lol.

Clooney does it a lot, normally when he's about to be fed. It is very loud, I can hear it when I am in the hallway and he is in the lounge

Ya know .. I was getting ready to feed him when he was doing it.

Maybe he was just anxious to eat (my stand in didn't feed him very well while I was gone .. not well at all) .. so maybe that was it :D.
