Hi All,
The local pet store has a puffer they call a black river puffer, anyone know what kind of puffer that is ? Its kinda a gray color with some dots about 2" long, I'm thinking it may be a Tetraodon duboisi.

I really can't ID from a photo, (s)he was very timid and was hiding the pet store guy moved a rock so a could see him/her, muddy gray w darker spots and blue eyes, definitely a lurker wild guess would be tet. turgidis. If anyone is in the Minneapolis/St Paul area pm me for location, they also have a suvattii for $30 and some really cool looking GSPs that are almost all white w/black dots and a splash of lime green across the top. I'm out of town this weekend and will try to get a picture next week if (s)he's still there.

I haven't had time to get back out there to get a picture, but he/she been on my mind, I called and the store owner said its a tetraodon tidae, I can't find anything on that name.
Sorry
The owner spelled it out as 2 words I even called back and said I couldn't find any info and checked the spelling! I will try to get out there soon and get a picture.
The guy @ the LFS e-mailed me pictures but I don't know if I can post them w/o his permission, I will e-mail them to anybody who pm's me their e-mail address, I'm 95% sure after seeing his pictures (they're very good pics!) it's a Tetraodon abei.
