Safe to say that site would not be recommended as a good source of information (in general: if they get the care of puffers so badly wrong then I wouldn't trust anything else either).

The bad part is that I came across it while getting referred to it from a friend on setting up a tank for a Fire belly newt, and almost fallowed there info. Then I seen the puffer thing and seen the stuff from the moderator from the forum here. I've changed my mind about fallowing there info.

That's why it is always good to check all information out against other sources. That site is horrific!
