Yeah, that's the one I'm thinking it is, too, but I'm not great on IDs. I'm moving this to the SW forum though, perhaps one of the SW people will have a more definite ID for you.

He's a real cutey! He looks like a Canthigaster rostrata to me as well; the bennetti does not have the black marks above and under the tail.

if it is really a rostrata, check this:
"This species occurs in the tropical and warm temperate Atlantic. In the western Atlantic it occurs in shallow water from North Carolina and Bermuda to northern South America, including the northern and southern Gulf of Mexico, the Bahamas and the Antilles. It is associated with coral reefs. Food consists of algae, sea grasses, sponges, hydroids, polichaetes, sea urchins, starfishes, and crabs and other crustaceans. Maximum known size is 110 mm TL.” (McEachran, John D. (et al): Fishes of the Gulf of Mexico. Volume 2: Scorpaeniformes to Tetraodontiformes. Austin: University of Texas Press, 2005, p. 922)
