Could I keep two (2) of these fish in a 30 gallon tank? It will be decorated with two caves in it, and Highly planted.

Not really big enough im afraid, you should be looking around 55g for a pair and thats if they get along. 1 would be fine though.

Personally I wouldn't keep two together no matter how big the tank was, not without a divider.

But then there would be no chance of getting their puffer freak on.

A divider on hand would probably be a good idea just in case aggression breaks out.
